You decide which areas get transferred (all three or just some) and, for each area, which system is the data source. James then moves the data from there into the second system. With Aplano, two things are fixed: it does not accept master data or time tracking through the API. So when you transfer these areas, they flow out of Aplano into your HR system, and cannot go the other way.
